We do NOT collect any personal information. Splits Fitness & Nutrition operates entirely offline using your device's local storage. This includes:

• No user accounts or registration
• No cloud synchronization
• No analytics or tracking
• No third-party data sharing
• No advertising networks

2. Data Storage

All data created within the app is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage:

• Workout history: Exercise logs, sets, reps, weights
• Nutrition logs: Meal entries and macronutrient tracking
• Progress data: Charts and statistics
• Personal records: Your best performances
• App preferences: Theme settings and configurations

Your data never leaves your device. If you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted from your device.

3. Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• Notifications: To send rest timer alerts between sets (optional, can be disabled)
• Storage: To save your workout and nutrition data locally on your device

These permissions are used solely for app functionality and do not enable any data collection.

4. Premium Features

When you purchase premium features:

• Payment is processed by Google Play Store
• We receive only a purchase confirmation (no personal details)
• Your payment information is handled entirely by Google
• We do not store or access your payment details

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services:

• Expo Framework: For app development and updates (no data collection)
• Google Play Store: For app distribution and payments only
• YouTube: Premium exercise videos are embedded from YouTube. When you watch a video, YouTube's privacy policy applies

We do not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, security is managed by your device's operating system and security features. We recommend:

• Using device encryption
• Setting up screen lock protection
• Keeping your device's OS updated

8. Data Backup & Export

You have full control over your data:

• Export workout templates and data via the app's export feature
• Data remains on your device - no cloud backup
• You are responsible for backing up your data if desired

If we update this privacy policy, the new version will be posted in the app and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
